Returns: 14 days from receipt of item

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition & packaging.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return the product, please email us within 14 days of receipt (verified by USPS delivery date). Items must then be returned and received within 7 days of return approval.

Returns must be made by and refunded to the original purchaser. Refunds will be processed upon receipt of item(s). Original shipping amount is non-refundable.

NOTICE: Custom and sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges on returns.

REFUNDS 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, based on the condition of the item(s) received.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

RETURN SHIPPING

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $100, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Please pack the item(s) well to protect from damage during shipping. Customers are solely responsible for providing safe shipment. A box or padded envelope is recommended. Insuring your package and procuring a tracking number is also recommended. Be sure to include a note in the package with the exchange/return details, your email, and return shipping address.

Items containing gemstones or crystals need to be returned with all original packaging and a well padded bubble mailer. If an item is returned damaged due to lack of appropriate packaging, your refund will not be issued.
